GRC Policy and Compliance - Is it possible to send single control attestation to an owning group?

There is a request for our GRC team to have the ability to send a single attestation to the owning group, and manually assign a user to complete the attestation.

 

Has anyone done this before, and have a recommendation on the approach?

This would supersede the current functionality of assigning respondents, and having an individual attestation sent to each respondent.

Hi @Jon N1 ,

Unfortunately as of now, we can send multiple users the same attestation but not a Group.

Understood. I wasn't sure if anyone has tried developing a solution to accommodate a similar ask, and had success.
