Hi Folks,

I am working on Advance Risk. I am creating Risk Assessment Methodology. We have 3 Assessment Types (Inherent, Control and Residual) assessments. 

For Inherent Assessment I am adding factors. When clicking on Edit button I am getting filtered records. Only 9 records are appearing in the left bucket. But when checking the Factors table I have almost 68 records.

I am not getting what is the filter working on it and how to check the fliter.

Take a close look at the filter criteria that might be applied when you click the "Edit" button for Inherent Assessment factors. It's possible that the filter is based on certain attributes or conditions that are causing only 9 records to appear. Check for any active filters that might be affecting the display.Verify the configuration of the factor records themselves. Ensure that the 68 factor records have been properly categorized and assigned relevant attributes that match the filtering criteria. If there are missing or incorrect attributes, this could impact their visibility in the assessment.

Sometimes, custom scripting or business rules can impact the behavior of records in ServiceNow. Check if there are any scripts or rules associated with Inherent Assessment factors that could be affecting their visibility.
