I have this activity log that is added after a group approval is generated for a record.
I've tried finding the source of it, and figured out that it might be done using Business Rules on the approval table.
I couldn't find the source of it.
The reason I want to edit this line is basically that for groups in my system there are two columns, the OOTB one which we converted to a unique value for integration purposes and a second display name column which is used to display human readable name, the logging of the approval activity takes the system-used ootb value instead of the custom display field.
