Guidance on Roadmap and Prerequisites for HRSD Certification After CSA and CAD

Hi everyone,

I have recently completed the CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications and am now looking to further my expertise in ServiceNow, particularly in the area of HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery). I am interested in learning and developing skills specifically related to employment workflows and obtaining the HRSD certification.

Could someone please suggest a roadmap for this? Specifically, I’d like to know:

1. What prerequisites should I be aware of before diving into HRSD?
2. Are there any recommended courses or learning paths that will help me build a solid foundation in HRSD?
3. What are the key topics and skills I should focus on to prepare for the HRSD certification?
