Guide: Here's How to Set Up a Fully Configurable No-Code Integration for ServiceNow and 50+ Tools

Let's talk about integrations. You need them because your business runs on too many different apps and tools that aren't connected. So teams end up working in data silos without a reliable source of truth and information becomes obsolete quickly.

So you're exploring solutions to connect ServiceNow to other platforms. After all, Integrations break data silos, make each team more efficient, and provide IT departments with real-time visibility and alignment across the company.

However, integration requests are overflowing the backlogs of every IT department.

Does that sound right? If not, let me know in the comments.

Not only that, but integration solutions today are either too basic, or excessively complicated, forcing you to default to a complex and costly solution provided by external consultants or you get to DIY like building an IKEA bedroom set without instructions.

Unito is a new ServiceNow partner with a low-code integration that lets you sync records in ServiceNow with items in Jira, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, Smartsheet and more.

It was designed with 2-way sync from the start in the form of a no-code platform that's still fully configurable via JSON. So you get 50+ powerful integrations right out of the box, and the ability to deeply customize and adapt them without writing or maintaining code. But you can if you want to.

The primary use case is for ITSM to sync incidents to/from ServiceNow. It takes ~15 minutes to set up a flow that turns a record into a task, ticket, or spreadsheet row or vice vice versa with real-time 2-way updates.

Here's an example of how Unito syncs tickets / records between ServiceNow and Jira:

This is what the field mapping table looks like in Unito:

JSM-ServiceNow-Fields

It is customizable, meaning you can add most fields and field types from ServiceNow (we're working on attachments and public comments, but in the meantime you can sync work notes and URLs to attachments).

This is how you apply logic to your ServiceNow flows:

In this example, I'm telling Unito to only sync tickets from Jira Service Management to ServiceNow if a specific label is present and the issue type is a change request.

Here's another screenshot of fields mapped from a ServiceNow incident to Azure DevOps:
