Guide to Displaying a Custom Theme Created with Theme Builder for a Specific Group

The Theme shown to a user is stored in their System preference: glide.ui.polaris.theme.variant

Set the value in that preference to the sys id of the Theme Variant you want for that user.

To get the sys_id of the Theme just go to System > UI Themes and open the theme you want and copy the sys_id 

You could easily set this by just running a BR when a user is added to a certain Groups etc.
