Header logo will not change

I cannot get my header logo to change. I've updated it in Basic Configuration -> UI16 and My Company, and it remains as the standard ServiceNow logo. I've also tried clearing the instance cache, as well as my browsers. And it still stays as the default logo. What am I missing?
