exclude tickets with specific keywords

Hi @JaganV,
Where are these 'keywords' stored in the Change Request?
If they are stored in the short description field, for example, you can set up a filter like below:

Yes that’s Possible , on what element do you want to restrict, if it’s based on string we can use does not contain as filter
if choice field we can use is not one of
