I am in the process of reviewing our ServiceNow Healthscan results and need help with the following recommendation:
Max page list size options should not
be 100 or higher
Recommendation:
Remove options above or equal to 100.
Users who request larger lists on a regular
basis should be guided to using reports.
Does anyone know where I would update this? I'm not sure if I'm looking in the right place.
The following value is already set to 100 already but I'm not sure if this is the correct property? glide.search.max_search_results

Hi there,
I think it might also be about specific User Preferences. Have a look at:
https://your-instance.service-now.com/sys_user_preference_list.do?sysparm_query=name%3Drowcount&sysp...

Thank you. I checked the max row count of those and they are set at 20, 50 or 100
To confirm, the user set to 100, does that need changed to 99 or less to meet the requirement?
glide.ui.record.count is set to 20, so I think the user preferences is the issue as you mentioned.

100 or less is fine.
I did see in what you mentioned:
"Remove options above or equal to 100."
Though I think that has to be a mistake in the recommendation. Anyway, that also does not really matter. More important of such checks, why are those there? Why should it be not higher than a certain value? 99 or 100 or 101 in most cases won't make the difference (yeah... the check won't popup anymore...................). Though who cares about the check 😋 It's about the thought behind the check. If there would be values like 250, 500, 1000... that's way off and too high!
