When I try to Integrate ServiceNow Virtual Agent with third-party messaging apps with MS Teams, it appears the following message and I don't know what I must do to resolve this issue:

Your tenant associated with email@email.com is currently registered with instance:  https://devxxxservice-now.com

You are about to override it to this instance:  https://devxxx.service-now.com

Hi , 

You need admin access in MS teams to add the permissions at MS Teams end only then the linking between ServiceNow and MS teams will work. 

I Suggest check all the configurations after you  have installed the plugins.

All the required access is there but still getting error. In system logs below is the error.

com.glide.channelproxy.exception.InvalidInstallationException: Send mappings to data center failed after retries.: no thrown error
