Help configuring trend report for survey scores

I have been asked to see if I can help HR leadership visualize survey response data by grouping the values in this way: 1 & 2 should be in one group (dissatisfied) and 3, 4 & 5 should be grouped together (satisfied). Ideally this chart would have 2 stacks in each bar, all values of 1 & 2 grouped together and displayed as a % of overall and then values 3/4/5 also grouped and stacked, with corresponding % of total.

 

FYI, this is a trend report on our task_assessment_detail table. Does anyone know how to achieve this?

I tried to build this in PDI but it is not possible, in standard reporting. PA might be helpful

According to your question, then the only solution is performance analytics, as you would like to calculate the percentage according to the overall survey response. There is no option through the normal report designer.
