Greetings,
I've recently noticed that the filter on our "breached incidents" widget is including tickets that are in a hold/paused state. If I click the widget, it takes me to the report where I can modify the filters to exclude those tickets, but I'm having trouble trying to find where I would publish that updated report to. Clicking "Save" on the updated filters doesn't affect the widget's counter, nor does it change if I click "Repair all filtered SLAs." Please advise. TIA!
