[Help] How to display catalog items as per logged-in user Location

i would like to display items as per user location.  So how can i do it.

help me here , i would liek to display catalog item= Access based on user location for this case, i have created critiria,, i have assigned location "3 Whitehall Court, London" only for me, but Still  item is displaying other admin users/ ITIL users

how to restrict it.

But it is displaying to all ITIL users and admin users, so now how can i restrict Access Item from Others

you done everything correct, I've tried the same on my dev instance (Kingston) and that works fine

in my PDI all users are Admins, so is it Problem with Admin role of other users, or it is not related to Role.

You can also make it visible for set of locations by using the 'Available for location' tab on the catalog item. 

Navigate to Maintain Items and open the Catalog. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you can find Related list tab 'Available for location'.

Add the locations you would like to have and update.
