Help recommended for you widget Employee center

Hello everyone,

I'm currently facing an issue with the "recommended for you" widget within the Employee Center. It is supposed to display different catalog items for different users based on their most frequent requests. However, when I impersonate users, I notice that the same catalog items are shown for all of them. I've configured all the settings and trained the machine learning solution, but I'm uncertain about what might be causing this issue. Has anyone encountered this before or have any insights?

What is the recommendation logic used with the ‘Recommended for you’ widget?

In general, this widget highlights the most viewed knowledge article and most requested catalog items across all employees (for a time period defined in the instance options by the portal administrator)

For customers who have Predictive Intelligence license and have it activated in their instance, this widget will use the similarity framework applied on the Employee’s profile to make the content recommendation.

@Marcos Kassak Hi, thanks for sharing the article but this is actually the guide I followed to get where I am now, so doesn't really solve my issue.  I trained the ML similarity for employee profile, but all users still see the same items and no difference. 

Did you ever solve this? 

In a portal if a manager logs in, under Recommended for you module, I need to show only catalogs and knowledge articles that is used only by mangers frequently.
