Help/ suggestion on notification creation in servicenow.

Hi all,

we have created a notification on the custom table, when a record is created from record producer,  there are four buttons available on the notification. 

Approve, reject, show pdf, display info.

we are able to built in way approve and reject buttons are working as expected.

Can anyone please help, if show pdf is

clicked then a new window need to be

opened and need to display the attachment

if the display info button is clicked then, the variable data need to be shown in the tabular format and data need to be populated dynamically.

approve and reject will basically either redirect user to instance or open up outlook to reply to the instance.

for show pdf and display info you will have to ensure user visits the instance

but why to use show pdf and display info when you can include the variable information in email body itself?
