Why I cannot find the table Requested Item[sc_req_item] while making a flow.
I've tried searching it by both 'Requested Item' and 'sc_req_item' still can't find it.

Hello @rishav6973 ,
Yes, OOTB servicenow restrict to use sc_req_item table in flow designer trigger created or updated . Instead of that you can use Service catalog as trigger which is recommended way.
