Hi @BKennedy

Just to be clear with the requirement, you have a catalog item Account Provisioning/Deprovisioning. On Submission of this, a RITM is being generated along with a catalog task. The catalog task should be assigned to your Assignment Group if you or anyone else from your assignment group is the requestor.

If you or anyone else from your team close the catalog task, you want the RITM to be closed as well.

Thanks & Regards
