I just ran across this issue before I could figure it out. Go into Advanced view (under Related Link) on the dictionary field. Then in Attributes, enter Scale=x there. It will add it to the bottom of the dictionary form:

Scale attribute has been successfully added while in the table it remains displaying two digit after decimal even I manually type in something like 56656.39111. Wondering if you have the same issue. Thanks anyway!

Make sure the field size is wide enough to accept the value.
