Hi All, In survey forms(either incident or request) if we click on the incident or request number in the survey form
The blue colour link which was incident number I am talking about
in the web it was redirecting to service portal page ,in mobile application it was redirecting to mesp where in the view was different from the web. I want the view to be same in both web and desktop. That means I want the same view in mobile application like how it was visible on web? How to achieve this .Kindly help here?
