I created a Dashboard in Dev instance and have all data captured in an update set, it all works well in Dev after series of testing, but once the Update set was moved to Test instance they whole Dashboard screen was blank without any reports or widgets on it. Even though the Update set was committed in Test with all the records captured.
Kindly assist, Thanks

Hi Danish,
Thanks for your help but I am still using Tokyo version in my environment. I can see the version you sent to me is Washington.
The update set is in a global application but I am not sure I understand the the procedure correctly, I would not mind if you throw some more light please. Thanks

Hi Fredy,
Procedure for Tokyo is about the same: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-now-intelligence/page/use/performance-analytics/task/t_Move...
And for additional debugging: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-now-intelligence/page/use/dashboards/concept/troubleshootin...
Let us know if it worked.

Hi @Fredy Voke
This issue, can be due to miss in update set. Need to check what is not working and see if that captured in update set or not.
2. If Dev and Test are on same configuration like patches and all this can be also a reason.
3. user has same access in test.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
