Hi, i am facing a issue in report type is multilevel pivot?

problem is when i am executing a report its showing " Cannot generate the report. This report contains too much data to visualize. Add filter conditions to reduce the amount of data "  

but its is only 40k records, before this report working properly, now it is not working.

As far as i'm aware, ServiceNow doesn't support the scheduling or export of multi-level reports. 40k records on a multi-level pivot can have a huge number of data points. You'll need to either change the report or export the raw data to excel and make your pivot table there.

I got the same error and found below KB about this.

 

KB0825681 

There is limit of 10,000 data points that can be shown on a multi-level pivot report before the error message is triggered. This limit is hard coded and cannot be changed in the system properties table.
