Hi community,
We are facing issue on RITM level which the stage and state got closed complete which doesn't have any workflow attached to it this is strange we can't able to figure it out, can someone please help us on this issue. Thanks in advance.
Here we can observe no workflow but the stage and state got closed complete

Check maintain items>Software Installation Request
Open the catalog item.
Look at the Process Engine Tab
If there is no workflow attached, OR, If there is a workflow attached and it just has "Start" and "End" in the workflow that would be your problem:

Hello @rajeshKongamudi ,
Please copy the sysID of the RITM & search in "wf_context" table by adding sysID in the related record field which will be referencing to the RITM.
If the RITM has moved till closed complete then probably it's because of the workflow if no one made any changes.
Just try to confirm in the Workflow context table if the workflow got attached or not. If it did then we just need to figure out why the related links aren't showing in the RITM level.

It was not showing the RITM itself(RITM0031831) in the work flow context related record.

Have u tried related record contains & then add sysId of the RITM. As it's a reference record it works with sysID rather than number.
Please try & let me know if available there.
