Newbie here again, as always a big thank you for your guidance!
In my Catalog item questions, if the answer to Question A is: No
Then I would like to hide the next question.
I tried doing this in Flow Designer, but can not quite figure out how to proceed.

This would not be done with flow designer but with a UI Policy on the catalog item itself. I would suggest doing the positive instead of the negative. Meaning have your UI Policy conditions be question a is Yes show next question otherwise next question never shows.
