I have a requirement which is related to recommendation in SOW.
Requirement:
I want to exclude the KB Policy article from appearing when users search in the AI Recommendation search Bar in both (Incident and Interaction). I didn't find any Recommendation definition in AI search or All. Searched for the related tables and Couldn't find anything related Recommendations to make Changes. Please guide me to complete the requirement. Do i need to enable any plugins or something like that. Request you to to help on this. #ServiceOperationWorkspace #SOW
