Is it possible to hide Templates based on, for example, the Status value on a Form? I have an Outage form where I only want the Templates to be selected on a new record when the Status is "Open". After submit, the Status auto-changes to "In Progress". While "In Progress", the majority of the fields are set to "Read Only". Clicking on a different Template after the form is submitted appears to not allow the "Read Only" fields to be changed, but it does change the fields that are not locked down to the value of on the Template. Since there's no way to predict what fields someone might use in a Template, it would be best if there was a way to set a condition on the form to just not show them after submit (e.g. if Status = "In Progress", Hide Templates)
Thanks for any assistance.

Hi Mike,
At this time, template (sys_template) records are not conditional. I love the idea. I'd like to see User Criteria added to them also.

I'm guessing there has been no change in this at all? As this is exactly what I've just been searching around to find out, as I have a couple of templates created but one of the fields I created for it, I want to be hidden from other templates.
Hope this comes in at some point, would be amazingly useful!
