Hide the Response Template in Contextual Side Bar

Hi,

 

   I would need to hide the "Response Template" from the Contextual Side Bar in "Agent Workspace for HR Case Management" Workspace. Any guidance on this is appreciated.

Hi @ramesh_snow ,

Please refer to the thread on how to enable the template in the workspace. As mentioned in this article you can use the Enabled flag to show/hide this option for your respective Table :
