Hello,
Our UI policy correctly hides variables (ADP case number and Workday case number) on the portal form and displays them on RITM and SC tasks.
However, after submitting the request, the variables become visible again on the portal's view. We need to prevent this.
Solved! Go to Solution.

@Community Alums
UI policy or client script won't work on that ticket page.
So you can't conditionally show/hide the variables on that page.
You can either Show or Hide them directly
if you want to hide those variables in ticket page in above screenshot then in your variable configuration Unselect the "Visible on Summaries" box
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hi @Community Alums
UI policies do not work on widgets. You need to clone the widget and either remove the variable from the widget or it will show like this. There’s no other solution.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
