Hide Virtual Agent Chat Bot

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me how to hide the virtual agent (chat bot) on the Service Portal?  In our Prod instance, it is only available to us admins and I don't know how to adjust these permissions.

Thanks for the info.  I found what I needed under agent chat -- > Service Portal Agent Chat Configuration.
