Hiding Contact Options in On-Call Calendar

Hello All,

 

I'm trying to hide the contact options (Slack, Email, and Call) displayed in the On-Call Calendar. I attempted to disable/remove these options from the 'sys_on_call_contact_source' and 'on_call_communication_type' tables, but they still appear in the on-call calendar view (as shown in the attached screenshot with arrow).

 

Could you please advise on how to effectively remove or hide these options?

as per this KB it says to delete the record, see if that helps

How to disable Slack On-call option

Thanks for the response.

I removed the records from the records as per KB but options are still showing up on the Calendar.

try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again

Yes Ankur, tried this way too but no luck
