Highlight color for items in lis field CSM/FSM Workspace

Hi,

as showed in the attachment I want to highlight with different colors some items of the category list field in case form.

Is it possible to do that in CSM/FSM workspace without modifying the workspace in UI Builder? For example using Client script/UI Policy?
