Hi Team,

Hovering to the notification in bell icon preview is not working.

@Vinya Jakkula and do you see it in the email logs?

as these notifications can be disabled in ServiceNow (top right corner > preferences)

Have you tried these basics :

  • Clearing cache/cookies.

  • Test in Incognito mode.

  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).

The agent received the notification
