How can I access the "sn_chg_model_ui_landing.do" page?

Is there a way to access this page via scripting?

I was thinking it'd be pretty cool to sort the Standard Changes by category, either with a dropdown where if you click "Hardware Asset," it'll expand and show all the Standard Changes under that category and so on, or sort by frequency of Standard Change requested, or sort of success rate, etc.

Or simply group them by category with no dynamic actions.
