How can I add a hyperlink to my banner logo on my portal page?

Does anyone know how to add a hyperlink to the banner logo. 

There is a hyperlink already there, because when I double click on ServiceNow, it takes to me to a different location. 

So, I really need to be able to edit that URL so that I can direct users to a certain page.

Not quite sure how that website helps. 

I need to know how to get into the logo and change the URL. 

The instructions you shared don't seem to shed any light on that issue. 

Am I misunderstanding?

Hello DP, On click of the LOGO it takes you to the homepage. Logos set by the properties and you can only change the logo but cannot append hyperlink or change the URL. Mark the answer as correct and helpful if it helped you.. Regards, Chalan
