How can I adjust the size of widgets?

I am trying to learn things on Service Portal. How can I configure size for a widget and different color to be filled in the background? Any help would be appreciated.

In Every Page you will see options like

In the container you can set background image and color. To change the size of a widget open the column1 shown in image

Hi DVP,

According to the your solution, I am seeing few option like extra small, small etc. What should I do in order to type in manually? Like I want the size of search widget to be 437 px width and 37 px height.

Any thoughts on this

Which search widget are you thinking of modifying. Is it the one homepage?

Yes, the homepage one and also I am trying to modify the size of the widgets which are OOB such as Community
