How can I check which licenses are available for my ServiceNow instance?

Hello,

There's a feature called Subscription Management. Go to the Application Navigator, type Subscription Management, then open the Subscriptions tab → Instance level entitlements (see attached screenshot).

Each product subscription your instance has will list here, and the Purchased and Allocated columns tell you what's available — available licenses = Purchased − Allocated.

Note: on my dev instance the table is empty because there's no purchased subscription loaded, but on a licensed instance you'll see each product with its counts.

(If you meant third-party software licenses like Adobe/Microsoft rather than ServiceNow subscriptions, that lives under Software Asset Management / License Workbench instead.)

The Subscription Overview Dashboard

1. Log in to your ServiceNow instance with administrator privileges.
2. Navigate to the All filter navigator menu.
3. Type Subscription Overview into the search field.
4. Click on Subscription Overview under the Subscription Management application module.

Option 2: The License Details Table

• In the filter navigator, type license_details.list and press Enter.
• This table displays each product package you currently hold a license for (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
• Click into any specific row to see the exact subscription applications, allocation parameters, and purchasing limits tied to that item. [1, 2, 3, 4]
