How can I disable the option to create an incident from service now mobile app

How can I disable the option to create an incident from service now mobile app? When I login to the app, on the top left corner there is a '+' button, on click it gives you the option to create an incident. Not all users can see this button (i think its related to Iphone and Android depends on what the user uses). How can I completely disable this button?

Hi @Alon Grod,

 

I don't know if you still need help but I was able to complete such this requirement on Agent Mobile by deleting the concerned entry in Action Items, unfortunately there's no other way to Activate / Deactivate. I suggest you to export under XML before in case if you need it you can import it again

Hello, I am not sure if you still need to do this, but if you go to the launcher screen configuration, there should be options under the quick actions menus. If you open each item there, you can activate or deactivate them as needed without deleting anything. If you deactivate the 'Create an Incident' options, the plus sign disappears.
