How can I enable response template in email channel in Native UI?

How can I enable response templates to show up in Native UI email client?

I have configured a response template to display for email channel, but I don't see an option when I compose a new email in Native UI and use/add response template.

I think It is available on agent workspace only.

You can do this through the email client templates, where you can include your conditions on when that template auto-triggers in the compose email function. (sys_email_client_template). When bound to a table, you can use the values just like in notifications. Make sure your conditions are correctly configured.

Another follow-up question, if I try to add tags in the condition - The email template doesn't get populated as expected. Does adding tag not work in the conditions?
