how can I get Theme Builder on my PDI?

How can I get Theme Builder installed on my PDI?  

Which is on Utah:

Here is how I got Utah's Theme Builder onto my PDI:

1. Log into your PDI 
2. Navigate: All > Plugins
3. Ignore the blue info alert
   1. 
4.  In the Search bar, type the name of the app (Theme Builder)
5. When it appears in the results list, click the Install button
6.  After successful install message, it may take some hours for the new app to appear in the Navigation bar (I waited about 2 hours)

Sorry, not working within Clean Xanadu PDI. If there another way to install?
