Is there a way to make a catalogue item visible to a selection of end users (without a license)?

The pre-Fuji way to go is using an entitlement script. Docs can be found at - Legacy:Service Catalog Access Controls - ServiceNow Wiki . If you have moved to Fuji already, you'll want to use user criteria - User Criteria - ServiceNow Wiki . Both aren't that bad to accomplish and will give you exactly what you're looking for. Just keep in mind your service desk folks when writing criteria. They usually need to see most every item even though they wouldn't "naturally" need to see it.

Hi,

I want to make a catalogue item visible to only a limited number of end users (users without a license). For example, if we have 2000 users, I am creating a form and I only want 100 of the 2000 users to see this particular form. How would I do this please?

We don't use ESS we use the standard Self Service view, but I guess the users would still be classed as ESS.

Try giving "Public" role in the catalog item.

Hi,

all of the users will have access to ServiceNow.

But I want to create a catalogue item and make visible to a limited number of end users. Is there a way to do this please?
