Hello,
I tried to remove some of the header menus at the service portal.
I removed the cart menu and i wanted to remove tours menu as well.
But, somehow i cannot remove that.
What I tried, add com.snc.guided_tours.sp.enable at Service portal> Menus > sp header (like the way that i removed cart menu )
and i replace the cloned wiget which i add css component (display: none) to the sp-header. Nothing worked.
Anyone has solutions?
Thanks

Hi
what do you mean with "What I tried, add com.snc.guided_tours.sp.enable at Service portal> Menus > sp header (like the way that i removed cart menu )" ?
com.snc.guided_tours.sp.enable is a system property and after setting this system property to "false" the menu item will disappear.
Please see also the documentation on this at https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/sandiego-platform-user-interface/page/build/help-guided-tou...
Kind regards
Maik
