I am using FlowDesigner as the process orchestrator. Along the orchestration I am going to call a series of subflows which are going to call the executer themselves.
I do have a change task where I am constantly adding information to the work item field like status updates.
Is there a way in ServiceNow to create a dashboard or report where I can do something like layout below?
It would be nice if I could have a circle color changed if the step has been successfully executed and in a different color if an error has occurred.

Hi
NO !! Unfortunately as of now there is no such functionality to show Process flows on Reports/ Dashboards in the pictorial way as your requirement.
Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,
Sandeep

I'm sorry, I misread your question. Flow stages will reflect on list views only.
As far as I know, you cannot create a report based on your requirement.
If your flows sets some values on the parent record, then you could of course report on those values, but not in the graphical manner you asked for in your question.
