How can I show the List of Backups in Instances Dashboard?

Go to: ServiceNow Support Portal.
Navigate to: Instances (dropdown) > Instances Dashboard.
Find your instance, then select the Actions (dropdown) > List of backups for the instance.
Choose your desired date and Submit to get list of recent backups.
Alas I don't see List of backups as available action. How can I show the list?

This was my problem:

Only users with the customer_admin or partner_admin roles on Now Support can utilize this catalog.

I didn't have the necessary roles.
