Hello -
When i am in CWS and on the home screen, there is a View All under My New Cases...
But then when I click on that...it shows this...
How or where can I update the sn_customer_service_case name in the header? Been looking all over and haven't been able to pinpoint.
Thank you.

Hi Allen,
Can you try going to this table in native UI and check in the dictionary of name field that if display chekcbox is checked there? if that is uncheck and then check the label field. if this doesn't work see if this doc can guide you.
Set up a form header in CSM Configurable Workspace
Just guessing here although if it worked don't forget to

Sorry, have been stuck in a Sev1 issue for the last few days.
But are you talking about the sn_customerservice_case table? I looked at that and the Display field in the dictionary is unchecked. I tried checking it and then went back to the configurable workspace and it still shows the table name.
The SN reps told me that there isn't a setting I could just update...but if I change a portion of the URL to read "My New Cases" instead of sn_customerservice_case, it indeed works and the list header shows My New Cases. Which is what we want. However, that involves modifying the URL each time. So, this looks driven by the URL. But something has to be set up to go to that URL when you click View All, does it not?
