How Can I use Decision Table and Flow Designer to Trigger Parallel Catalog Tasks to different Groups
Dear ServiceNow Community Friends,
I am struggling to create a solution using a 'Decision Table' and 'Flow Designer', to trigger Catalog Tasks to different Assignment Groups, for the same Catalog Item, using 'Make a Decision' function. (I am using Decision Table as will have around 200 Cat Items like this, each with a combination of SC Task Assignment Groups 1 and 2).
If I have a Catalog Item eg 'Standard Laptop' and I want one Catalog Task to be assigned to 'Help Desk' and another to be assigned to 'Software', triggered at the same time in parallel, from a decision table, what does the Flow look like in terms of Parallel/Branching, in Flow Designer?
I would greatly appreciate any help/direction/any graphical flow process pictures of how I can set this up.
Decision Table looks like this (for example)
Catalog Item Catalog Task Assignment Group 1 Catalog Task Assignment Group 2
Standard Laptop Help Desk Software
How do I trigger the Parallel flows in flow designer, which come from the Decision Table results, so that for 'Standard Laptop' (once approved), a SC Task is sent to 'Help Desk' and a separate one to 'Software', at the same time.
I am really struggling to configure this solution.
Many thanks for any ideas/direction kind community.
