How to restrict access to options on the portal menu

Hi everyone, Im trying to restrict the access to some of the options on the portal menu but Im not sure how to do this, I believe that it needs to be on a widget but Im not sure in which one ... I already went to the Header widget that is calling another widget for the menu I just dont know which one or how to restrict the access, can someone help with this ?

What Im trying to restrict is "Process Creation" and the "Dashboards".

Its a custom portal but I believe that the base is the /sp portal
