How can we add fields in one of portal widget

Hi Team, There is requirement to add  fields in the highlighted section in the portal .Can someone help that how can i add the fields here.

From the link, it appears to be the ticket page (esc?id=ticket&is_new_order=true&table=incident). However, I don’t have complete clarity on this. Could you please help .

your screenshot is not having incident then how the URL will have table as incident?

I checked your problem all these details I think coming from ticket_configuration_list table

 

yourInstance.service-now.com/ticket_configuration_list.do?sysparm_userpref_module=61a0d3e287020010e0ef0cf888cb0b46&sysparm_query=active%3Dtrue%5EEQ&sysparm_clear_stack=true 

 

Search for your ticket table, and make change.

Try to change in Info Fields

I don't think the fields come from standard ticket config
