How can we add fields in one of portal widget

Hi Team, There is requirement to add  fields in the highlighted section in the portal .Can someone help that how can i add the fields here.

From the link, it appears to be the ticket page (esc?id=ticket&is_new_order=true&table=incident). However, I don’t have complete clarity on this. Could you please help .

your screenshot is not having incident then how the URL will have table as incident?

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,I have created the record using the “Raise an Incident” record producer.

Seems you are confused, the screenshot you showed is for SP in your question but you are referring to ESC in your post/responses later

-> esc portal doesn't show the fields in right side, it's shown in sp portal

ESC -> the fields shown in header is controlled from Standard ticket configuration for that table

SP -> the fields which are shown on right side comes from OOTB widget "Ticket Fields"

You need to identify if somebody added a custom widget on right side in your portal
