How can we create assessment for ast_contract table in ServiceNow GRC

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement where i have to enable assessment for table Contract (ast_contract) in GRC Module. I know we can create Survey which is globally available but do we have any OOB assessment mechanism also for contracts.
