Hi ALL,
could you please suggest can we display announcement based on user location.
EX:
if admin create one announcement
XYZ location having issue on LIFT
when user login from XYZ location user get see display message "xyz location having issue on LIFT"
Please suggest can we achieve this on service portal.

You can use the 'User Criteria for Service Portal' plugin to do this. Here are the instructions.

Once you activate the plugin, turn on the system property, and create the appropriate user criteria records as described in the documentation, you'll be able to go to the 'Announcement' form and add the 'Can view' and 'Cannot view' related lists to associate an announcement with lists of user criteria showing who has access. You'll also need to make sure the 'Public' checkbox on the 'Announcement form isn't checked so that you can see the related lists.

Nice. Right on with this, but just to clarify (and your link did clarify, but in case they didn't go through the link etc.)...it's: "Service Portal User Criteria Support" plugin.
