How can we remove / add the fields on the form under incident details section in agent workspace ?

Hello everyone

recently got a requirement to add few fields and remove the few fields under incident details section in agent workspace (please refer attached screenshot), from the screenshot, I am trying to hide service offering & configuration item on the form and trying to add the field 'location'.

So , is anybody have idea about add/remove fields on incident form in agent workspace ?

Hi @Nagurbee1 ,

Hope you are doing well.

There is a workspace view on the incident form.

Just select that view and update the fields and the same will be visible in agent workspace as well
