How can we restrict incidents based on assignment group?

Hi All,
I have one requirement
Group 1 having users(User 1 & User 2) and Group 2 having users(User 3 & User 4)
Group 1 users will see their incidents only and not see other incidents(Group 2)
How can we restrict incidents access or view by using Support role and Group 1 group.
Group 1 | Group 2 | |
Users | User 1, User 2 | User 3, User 4 |

You can create a module in your Application Menu that restricts records by role or group.

You could use a before query business rule to restrict access only to incidents where the assignment group is one of the logged in users groups. it depends how restrictive you want to be, this will prevent them from being able to see any other incidents.
